Me? I was born and bred in the market town of Spalding (Lincolnshire, England), the son of a successful Motor Dealer. The last of four, my life was good until I 'overstretched my boundaries' by trying too hard! At the age of twenty-seven, still a single guy, Grammar School educated, into motor sports and cue sports - until that near-fateful day in 1988.... My CV was uninterrupted after eleven years in the Motor Trade. Since regaining my independance and returning to work in 1993, my work history has been patchy up to the end of 2009 when I was retired because of health problems.
Now I have been married almost twelve years to Linda, who already had four children. She has finished work as Supervisor in the Catering Services the local Train Station. These days, I keep myself busy doing voluntary work at the local Area Office of the City Council, and am a Communication Support Volunteer at the local Stroke Association meetings.
